i almost gave amber lombok beach resort a good review, but then i realized that i had to ask for a menu every time at their restaurant, and the wifi was worse than dial-up. not to mention, my room had a horrible smell and the decor was more cheap than chic. very disappointing overall, considering i expected an upgrade for my troubles.

Our room had issues with cleanliness, including an unkempt shower cubicle and old, tattered towels. Additionally, the dining experience fell short, with mediocre food quality and an unclean breakfast area plagued by flies. We found ourselves waiting long after check-in time to access our room, which was particularly frustrating after a long journey.
